Bioengineer by training and creative by nature, Michka is interested in free & low (bio)techs. He often works in open (bio)labs. He co-developed a bio-based temperature sensor (Sony CSL Paris/la Paillasse Paris) and waste-based microbial fuel cells (FoAM/LFO/Plateforme C) in open (bio)labs, where he often works. His bio-inspiration based practice fits in contexts as diverse as tech start-ups, scientific laboratories, and artistic collectives. Michka is concerned about co-developping technologies for a sustainable and desirable future.
