David Grunwald

David looks after Europe, Middle East and Africa partnerships for Google for Entrepreneurs, where he builds and manages relationships with tech hubs, accelerators and other companies working with startups. He joined Google in 2010 and the Google for Entrepreneurs team in 2014.

Previously, David ran an SMB partnerships team for Google in the United Kingdom and Ireland. He maintained close ties to Campus London, Google for Entrepreneurs’ collaborative space, and has advised or been a board member at dozens of early stage startups.

Before Google, David founded three online ventures in eCommerce and web design, and worked as a consultant in digital strategy and product management for large media companies. He is also a keen volunteer and amongst other charitable pursuits has co-ordinated fundraising efforts for genocide survivors. He lives in London with his wife and three young children.
